RETURNS*
At TOWER London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and confident that you've found the perfect item. If a return is necessary, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
All items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging, along with valid proof of purchase and confirmation of the return. These terms apply exclusively to online purchases.
If you have ordered the wrong item(s), or simply changed your mind, all returned item(s) must be in a resaleable condition, including any associated products, tags, and boxes, which must also be intact.
Please note: if you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, you will need to place a new order. The original item will be refunded in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
FREE UK RETURNS FOR ACCOUNT HOLDERS*
If you had an active TOWER London account at the time of your order, and were also subscribed to our email marketing throughout the return period, your return is completely FREE.
Customers who did not have an account at the time of purchase, or who were not subscribed to our email marketing, will be charged £4 per return label, which will be deducted from the refund. Please note: the account must be registered with the same email address used when placing the order.

Kindly note that any returns made using shipping methods not provided by our customer service team are at the customer’s own risk, and we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.
